About Us
THE VISION...
Owner and Head Coach Lauren was inspired to create a Cali Dance Club for children with additional needs, by her daughter Indy.
Indy is 10 and has Autism. Lauren’s goal is to give children with an intellectual disability a place to learn the art of Calisthenics, dancing, creativity, new skills, teamwork and most of all FUN.
HISTORY...
Lauren has been involved with Calisthenics since 1996 & in 2007 obtained her Level 1 Coaching Accreditation. She has had experience in both competitive teams & solo coaching since then.
